Yes, our Reading Well for Mental Health list has many resources covering various aspects of mental health. A combination of print books in the library and resources that can be accessed online.
We also have a Student Health and Wellbeing Resources guide with information on anxiety, depression, eating disorders and physical health.
All university students and staff can access the anonymous Togetherall support service which is available 24/7.
